Products & Customization

We specialize in custom promotional products. Because these items are personalized, all sales are final. It’s crucial for you to review and approve design proofs before we start production. We aren’t responsible for any errors that you’ve approved.

Pricing & Payment

Production Time & Delivery

Production times vary depending on the product and quantity. Any estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and might be affected by shipping carriers, weather, or other unexpected events. Better Imprintus isn’t responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless the product is defective or doesn’t match the design you approved. If there’s an issue, you must submit a claim within 7 days of delivery, along with photo evidence of the problem.
